Phil - Managing Director

Phil initially started discos to raise money for Uffington Boys Football Club with which he was their manager. Phil carried out his first fundraising disco at Uffington Village Hall. These evenings become popular and used to take place on a regular basis and attracted people from surrounding towns and villages including Faringdon and Wantage. These discos remained extremely popular throughout the early 80's and are still talked about today. Phil has now retired from his full-time employment and solely focuses on the discos.

Jason - Technical Director

Jason first started discos when he was 6 years old. At the time when the Uffington discos started, Jason as a young child was carrying out the music for the first couple of hours each evening where he developed a talent for mixing vinyl records and getting the crowd onto the dancefloor. Jason spends a lot of his spare time behind the scenes keeping the website updated and fixing any equipment issues. Jason has a fulltime career as a Firefighter working shift work, but still attends and performs as DJ at discos on a regular basis.

David - Operations Advisor

David is Phil’s youngest son. He first joined the discos whilst he was at secondary school. David completes the dynamics of the White Horse Roadshow as he provides musical information keeping pace with the youth of today. David provides the final piece that gives us the broad spectrum of knowledge to cater for all ages and all occasions. David has a young family of his own and although he works varied hours in his full time employment, he continues to be seen at many functions as he juggles his busy lifestyle to be a part of the family business.
