No, we use our experience to vary the music played at each disco to suit the audience.

Yes, we will be very happy to take requests on the night from you and your guests. We also send you a request sheet or an online login enabling you to select up to 10 songs and encourage you to list any favourite artists, styles of music and particular tracks or dedications.

We must stress that we DO NOT accept requests that will dictate the whole evening's music and due to time constraints not all song choices may get played.

Yes, we issue a contract showing all the details about your function, which is signed by both parties.

For most functions we will allow an hour for setting up, and an area approx. 3m x 2m is ideal. For larger functions more time (and space) may be required.

We ask if the party is on the ground floor, first floor, etc. to ensure we know where we are going to be set up. We will often allow longer to set up if it’s upstairs. However please be assured we do not charge extra for going upstairs!

Yes, the price you pay is only for the hours we play music. However if an early daytime set up is required, an additional cost will apply.

We have a selection of coloured lighting effects to create a party ambience at your venue. A smoke machine used sensibly can dramatically enhance the lighting effect on the dancefloor, and is available upon request when booking at no extra charge, however please check in advance that your venue allows the use of a smoke machine.

Yes, we are experienced in children’s discos, however we do ask for parental supervision!

We hold £10m Public Liability Insurance cover, a copy of our current certificate is available on request.

Our equipment is Portable Appliance (PAT) tested annually in accordance with the Health & Safety Executive, Electricity at Work Act 1989. A copy of our current test certificate is available on our website.

You may pay either the full amount or the £50 booking deposit by cheque, cash or PayPal via our website. The final balance must be paid ten days prior to any function unless previous arrangements are made by The White Horse Roadshow.

You may spread the cost of the balance through instalments, however if paying instalments via PayPal additional costs will apply. A receipt for any payments will be provided on request.
