PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE (PLI)

Public Liability Insurance covers any damages in case of any accident caused by our equipment or staff members. It is to protect yourself, your guests and your venue or property in case of any unfortunate incidents. All reputable DJs and event companies should hold PLI for your peace of mind.

It is now a requirement at many venues, that any service provider has their own Public Liability Insurance (PLI) cover and will usually be built into your contract with them. Booking any service provider who is unable to provide proof of this could result in your venue not allowing them to even setup.

We're pleased to confirm that we carry Public Liability Insurance to the value of £10 Million. If your venue should ask to see proof of this, simply let us know and we'll be happy to send you our details, or we can liaise directly with the venue.

PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTING (PAT)

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) is an electrical safety test, to ensure that none of our equipment is dangerous, or could cause injury to you or any of your guests. We have all our electrical equipment, including leads, PAT tested on an annual basis and hold records to confirm this.

Like PLI, it is possible that your venue will want to see proof of this test before allowing us to work on their premises. If they do ask, simply let us know and we'll be happy to send you our details, or we can liaise directly with the venue.
